About us
Thank you very much for interested in
Fine Kids International. Childhood
is most
important time for making the foundation
of learning languages. Children learn
Japanese
language naturaly just by being in
Japan,
but it is not that easy to learn English
in Japan. In order to put a non native
English
speaking child in an English speaking
environment
in Japan, you have to look for the
chance
consciously. And it is also important
to
help to make the foundation of the
language
and human formation for the child.
At Fine
Kids International, children can experience
to speak and understand in an environment
that's full of English. And we will
let them
learn the manners and customs of an
international
society at the same time. Also we let
children
experience the culture and the events
of
Japan and other countries, and teach
them
to accept many different cultures and
races.

2008 Early Enrollment Discount Course
Fine Kids International proudly supports
the continuation of education in the
English
language for children from native English
speaking countries. We will also offer a
double discount to those families who
are
coming from english speaking nations
with
english as a first language. Due to
the fact
your child will feel familiar in an
engish
school abroad and would also be a cultural
language exchange to other schoolmates
learing
english. To ease the difficulty of
foreign
families with children enrolled in
our school,
we offer a modified course plan.FIne
Kids
International's admissions process
is designed
to allow the applicant and the School
to
develop clear appraisals of each other.
Although
students may enter at any grade level,
and
from any month, most students enter
from
April as Japanese traditional school
starts
in April and ends in March. This discount
will be offered until October 31st
to those
who resister their child for 2008 school
year (from April 2nd 2008 to March
2009).
Applications are handled on a rolling
admissions basis. An entrance examination
and on-school interview (both for applicant
and for his/her parents) are part of
the
admissions process. Language used in
the
interview can be either Japanese or
English.
Before taking the examination, all
the applicants
must pay a examination fee when you
apply.
Applicants will be notified of the
admission
status and discounted monthly fee by
mail.
If you decided to have no discount
for your
child's monthly fee, we will return
the examination
fee.
Fine Kids International admits students of
any race, color, and national or ethnic
origin
to all the rights, privileges, programs,
and activities generally accorded or
made
available to students at the School.
It does
not discriminate on the basis of race,
color,
or national or ethnic origin in the
administration
of its educational policies, admissions
policies,
scholarship, athletics, and other school
administrative programs, including
its faculty
and staff recruitment.

Entrance Conditions:
*Parents are both enthusiastic about
learning English and interested in
a long
term. Understanding the educational
policy
and cooperation with it is also essential.
Should the parent/guardian(s) decide
to end
enrollment in Fine Kids International
in
under a year, you will be referred
to a different
course/payment plan. (If you leave
our school
earlier, we will deduct the charge
of \20,000
from your deposit)
Parents should minimally communitcate
with English teachers at Fine Kids
by greeting
in English. Also when calling our
school
there is a chance an english teacher
may
answer the phone so its helpful to
give simple
information in English such as "I
will
pick my child (name) up at (time) today.
This is very important because your
childern
will hear you speak some English and
this
will give them confidence to learn
a new
language.

Documents Required for Submission:
When applying to Fine Kids International's
Kindergarten/ daycare, the following
documents
are required:
Copy of passport / Copy of insurance (including
infant medical coverage)
Copy of the enrolling children's recent physical
checkup and results within 1month.
* Please note: it is essential to have all
required documents prepared and present
when
applying to Fine Kids International
as we
must see them as part of the admission
process.
Thank you for your cooperation.
*Children from other countries wishing to
enter Fine Kids International will
be referred
to the requirements above stated with
certain
changes made.

Admission Procedure
1. Fill out the Application Form and other
required form(s).
2. Attach one photograph to the application
form and enclose three extra photos.
(Size:
4cm x 4cm)
3. Enclose the students' academic reports
for the past one year(If needed).
4. If you attended an overseas school, enclose
a letter of recommendation from the
principal
and a teacher of that school.
5. Enclose any other supporting documents.
6. The 5,000yen Application Fee must be paid
with the application form.
7. The above items should be submitted directly
to Fine Kids International.
8. On receipt of your application, the school
will process it immediately and arrange
the
date for the Admission Exam and interview(s)
with the applicant and parent(s).
9. After the exam, you will be notified by
mail of your admission status.
10. If you accept the offer from Fine Kids
International, the correct amount of
fees
must be paid within two weeks by bank
deposit
or directly to Fine Kids International

We will meet with you at 9:30 at Fine
Kids International and conduct our
consultation
at 10:00 in the same building on the
24 floor
in our all purpose room. You will
be able
to leave your child downstaris while
we discuss
your childs entrance. The consultation will take about 1 1/2 to
2hrs. During this time you may ask
whatever
questions you may have.
*Please bring slippers, ballpoint pen, change
of clothes for your child, lunch, waterbottle --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

31st, 2008 (10:00~17:00) with your
Application

pay the left over (monthly fee for

2008 and hat fee) by 3/25/2008. (If

already a member of Fine Kids International,
you don't need to pay the entry fee
however
yearly fee. Please pay the monthly
fee for
April 2008 by 3/25/2008. )
If the fee hasn't be paid by the perior,
we will cancel your discount or entrance.

About Shorttime Course
This course is for children who are very
new to school and also children who
are 2
~ 3 1/2 years old and are not yet ready
to
eat lunch alone in school. But when
they
get used to our school, they must leave
this
course and go on to the Morning Course.
