| Fine Kids International is an international
pre school (cultural child care establishment) English conversational school
and day care in Kawasaki city. It opened on November 21st 2004. Any child of
any culture can use the facility. This establishment(outside
approval day care establishment) is not approved under article 35 of the law stating the well
being of the children, same article 59 recognized in Kanagawa, Kawasaki city and
