Fine Kids International is an English day-care center and drop-in service for parents which is located in Kawasaki city. We open on November 21, 2004. The name of our school represents some of the children that go there. Not only Japanese children (some who have lived abroad) from India, America, etc. Defferent cultures and customs are respected in our school. ● About us ● Thank you very much for being interested in Fine Kids International. Childhood is most important time for making the foundation of learning languages. Children learn Japanese language naturaly just by being in Japan, but it is not that easy to learn English in Japan. In order to put a non native English speaking child in an English speaking environment in Japan, you have to look for the chance consciously. And it is also important to help to make the foundation of the language and human formation for the child. At Fine Kids International, children can experience to speak and understand in an environment that's full of English. And we will let them learn the manners and customs of an international society at the same time. Also we let children experience the culture and the events of Japan and other countries, and teach them to accept many different cultures and races. These are the kind of people that we hire. The teaching assistants have been teaching English to children, or bilingual. Also we have a lot of experience in child-care (Example, if they have children themselves). Two of us has TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Language) certificate. ● Great Quality at a low price ● These standards are based on both Japanese and American standards. The staff members have a meeting to discuss about what kind of child-care to have with these standards. We focus on this issue a lot. Our day-care center is a special English day-care by Native English speakers, close to the price of a normal pre-school or day-care center. Also we believe in high quality teaching materials, and in high quality curriculum. We teach practical subjects such as: English, reading, writing, math, science, social studies, music, arts and crafts, and P.E. (Physical Education). This is very good for foreign children living in Japan. ● Payments ● We give monthly information to the members, so you can choose the time to bring your children. For 12months old infants ● Babies can learn from their environment, also babies can learn English from playing and when the baby gets older they can be fluent in speaking English. We teach English according to the student's age. ● Exercise Time ● Not only do we study, we also have playtime both inside and outside. We play outside twice a day. If their bodies are not active then their minds are not active as well. We exercise in the morning, before lunch, and in the afternoon, and we play outside. We encourage children to exercise so their minds can be more active and ready to learn. When it is raining, we exercise inside the classroom by using the exercise mats, the balance beam, the horizontal bar, and the bouncy horse, all of this depends on the children's age. ● Not Only English ● We also teach good behavior and common sense. So we can declare that all of our children are very nice and friendly. ● Special Events ● We want the Children to have an open mind towards other cultures. We have Japanese and foreign countries traditional events. For example: Hinamatsuri (Doll’s Festival, March 3rd), Tanabata (Star Festival, July 7th), Easter, and Christmas. Every season we are planning a Special Events. Also we are planning on Summer School, and picnics, and we have openhouse almost every months and it's free for our members. ● Pick-up Service at JR Kawasaki Station ● We will go to the JR Kawasaki Train Station at 8am and 9am. For Example, you are going to work and your children are coming to our school, we will meet them in front of the Ticket Gates at the JR Kawasaki Station and take them to the school. This all depends on how many people are using this system. You can also use the Pedestrian Walkway to get to Fine Kids International Preschool it takes about 3 minutes from the JR Kawasaki Train Station. You may also use a Baby Stroller or a wheelchair on your way to Fine Kids International Pre-School, because there are no restrictions. On the Pedestrian Walkway there is a roof and an elevator. We do not only provide for workers but also for people that are going shopping, going to a hair salon, meeting friends, listening to music, and etc. Our Fine Kids International Pre-School is next to the MUZA Kawasaki Building. Please use our school while you are busy. Children can learn English and have fun while they wait on their parents. ● From Morning to Night ● Weekdays from 8:30am to 7:30pm we are open. ● Insurance, Accident Insurance, Property Insurance, and Kawasaki City's approval ● Our Fine Kids International Pre-School management is based on government regulation of Kawasaki City. Our staff members have regular check-ups to ensure their health, so they can provide the best quality child-care for your children.
