Concerning membership contract period
@
Our membership period is a year: beginning
of April to next year's end of March.
When one becomes a member with us: monthly
userE participate in a free of charge@10 times
a year on Saturday event (there are parts
for covering payments for presents), 2 times
a year membership price field trip.@
In a case in the following year one wishes
to renew their membership, in the same year
by 3/25 we will ask you to fill in a renewal
membership form. Also, once more we will
ask for a year membership fee and various
payments for materials.
If one can not go by our regulations, or
if we find one a disturbance to the Day Care;
in that case, one's membership to the Day
Care will be terminated.

About Monthly Care
@
We make a 5 times a week schedule with plan
for each day.
We are open from 8:15`18:30 Monday trough Friday. During those
hours we can take care of the monthly fees.
We have native speaking instructors from
9:00`17:30.
The contract for extended Day Care by monthly
is for 30 minutes is 10,000~and the longest hour it goes up to is 19:30.
The monthly fee for every month is for the
1st of the month to the end of the month.
At our Day Care one can contract with us
more than one month.
Saturdays and Saturdays, Our schoolfs planned summer vacationEOn Spring break we are basically closed;
therefore, during the Spring break there
is no regular Day Care charge during that
time.
Registering to the Day Care entrance feeEannual feeE2 month feeEmaterial fee (annually paid at once)Ehat fee are to be paid to us. Once one pays
for the fee for any reason we can not give
a refund.
The monthly warranty will be given back to
one who plans not to renew next year. It
will be given back by cash or put into onefs preferred account (handling fee paid into
the account); that is how we will give onefs money back.@The following year if a renewal
contract, it will be adjusted same to the
monthly payment. Please understand that it
may take 2 weeks after one terminates the
contract to get their monthly warranty paid
back.
If one registers at the middle of the term,
payments for materials may be reduced. Furthermore,
in the middle of the month (March & April,
July & August, December & January
exclude the month with holidays) one registers,
monthly fee & school lunch fee is calculated
by weekly, so please come to the registration
desk for further questions. Also, even though
registering at the middle of the term, entrance
feeEannual fee is not discounted for so please
take note of it (entrance feeEannual fee together with amount of accommodations
fee for the number of children is included.).
Registering after the registering month,
there will be no discount price. For example,
the month after the registration, even though
there was only half a month one has participated,
there will be no discounts for the following
month. One entering at the middle of the
term, annual feeEmaterial fee, same as the children that entered
in April the membership finishes next year
March 31st, so if one does not pay@the renewal fee
for the next year by March 25th their membership will be terminated.
One can decide the times and days they like
when they make a contract with us. For each
day with different hours please consult with
us. However, after a native teacher is finished
with his/her Day Care, and without any reason
(parents are able to pick up the child) asks
for extra Day Care, we are going to refuse.
Concerning monthly payment please pay it
into our bank account by the 25th of the previous month. If you pay it at
our register desk, there will be a cover
fee of 300 just for that one time.
Depending on the day of onefs jobfs pay day and one wants to change to a different
day to pay the Day Care fee, please tell
us ahead of time.
For any reason we see that one did not pay
the Day Care fee, we are going to refuse
one coming to the Day Care until the fee
is paid for.

The monthly fee day care condition: 12 month
fee must be paid.
As long as you are registered with the day
care, there is a monthly fee every month.
Once you cancel the monthly contract, you
may not sign again.

When canceling a monthly contract, for contract
day or contract hours cancellation please
tell us a 30 days before leaving. Telling
us after that limit will make you have to
pay a one month fee that means we will not
return the deposit.
If one wants to take a long vacation within
1 month, please tell us by the 15th of the previous month on top of that give
us a monthly payment of 10% for enrollment;
then one may continue. If it exceeds more
than 2 month we would like the full monthly
fee. And then if there is no payment, we
ask one to reregister.@
A phone telling us you are not coming on
the same day as your Day Care please give
us a call at 8:00 in the morning. If the
time you call is outside the business hours
please leave a message on our answering machine.
When onefs child has a massive infection sickness
(influenza, measles, chicken pox, German
measles), after recovering please bring a
doctorfs signed permission note showing us the child
can return to the Day Care. If we don't receive
a doctor's note we are going to refuse one's
child from the Day Care.
One contracted weekly less than 3 days can
change their times and days during the year.
For each change of day the fee will be 500 for each time change.
For those in the Morning or After School
course for each absence one can add a class
for 500 cost for each time.
Morning course or Half Time course users
that want a extended time, if made an appointment
ahead of time or called earlier, for each
extended 1 hour the fee will be 1,400 for each time. Without notice for each
10 minutes it will be 300 for each time.
Full Time course or After School course users,
if made an appointment ahead of time or called
earlier, for outside business hour extension
time the cost for each 10 minutes will be
200 (1 hour will be 1,200). Without earlier notice for each 10
minutes will be 300. Also, for contracted monthly users outside
the business hours Day Care will cost 10,000 each month for each 30 minutes.
For those in the After School course that
wants a pick-up from near their bus station
please consult with us about our payment
plan. There are times according to the distance
of the pick-up area or the staff's circumstance
can not do the pick-up so please understand.
For those children in the After School course
and are not going to take a time or day change
class, for each day participation price:
Kindergarten child: 2,500 and Elementary School child: 2,000. However, not just elementary school
children, but immediately after school class
is free.
For those children in our Day Care, and some
go to the same elementary school, for security
reasons please come together as a group when
coming to the Day Care.
Those less than 5 days in a week course,
even though there is only 46 Fridays in a
year participation, not just Mondays but
there are a lot of holidays and not enough
class days, for days adjustment one can come
for times change of days only on Thursdays.
If one is contracted both Mondays and Thursdays,
for the days adjustments for Mondays, please
consult with us for a corresponding month.

If one wants to change to monthly a monthly
course as above, if the earlier entrance
fee and the above entrance fee balance out
or, one wants to change from a temporary
Day Care course to monthly, please pay according
to the balance.

School days off: Summer vacation (July 23rd to July 27th), (August 13th to August 17th), winter vacation (December 29th to January 4th), summer vacation (March 27th to April 5th).
During the break we prepare for the new semester
and furnish our facility; also, have planning
meetings to discuss for the new semester.
For those that need extra help or a special
course during the break time will have to
pay a extra fee of 1,000 per day or 5,000 per each term. Please feel free to
come same as regular days.

1. For those contracted in the monthly after
school course, during this period one wants
to switch over to the Full-Time course just
calculate the price as shown above: For 5
days for kindergarten children: 10,000, elementary children: 9,000. iFor the ending day please look at #3.jIf Summer School or Spring School exceeds
more than 2 month, calculate the Day Care
amount ahead, and pay half at a time. It
is necessary to obey and turn in your participation
days by March or July 20th.

2. Application form is as stated on #3, Monday
to Friday the 5 days is what we can accept.@For
the left over hours of class look at the
corresponding Day Care hours and within the
year change of class time is possible.
3. Summer School (July 9th to August 31st) ending is as stated on the bottom.
@July 9th to 13th 5days, AJuly 17th to 20th 4 days, BJuly 23rd to 27th, CJuly 30th, 31st, August 1st to 3rd, DAugust 6th to 10th, EAugust 13th to 17th, F August 20th to 24th, GAugust 27th to 31st 5 days each.
¦ However A is 4 days so there is a 20% discount. Also, concerning E, if the native teacher is absolutely absent,
participation fee is 20% discounted for.
(If one native teacher is present there will
be no discounts.)
